Madi has been with our family for 6 months caring for my three girls (8m-5y). She is great with my kids and keeps them occupied without screen time. She does activities with them and follows our routine. She also helps take care of the home which is much appreciated. She gets things done and will ask clarifying questions when needed but picks up on routines and household needs very quickly. If we weren’t moving we’d be continuing to work with her. My girls love her!
