Madilynn worked as our full-time nanny for three years, caring for our two children (now ages 4 and 12). Leaving our children in someone else's care is never easy, but Madilynn instantly felt like an extension of our family. Caring for our children required someone with immense adaptability and patience, particularly because our 12-year-old is autistic. Madilynn stepped into this role with incredible grace, taking the time to truly understand their unique communication style, sensory needs, and daily routines. She was consistently patient, calm under pressure, and highly proactive in creating a safe, supportive environment where our oldest could thrive.At the same time, she was fantastic at shifting gears to match the high energy and developmental milestones of our youngest, moving from toddlerhood to age 4. She perfectly balanced the very different needs of a preteen and a preschooler, ensuring both kids felt equally loved, supported, and engaged with fun, age-appropriate activities. Over the last 3 years, Madilynn proved to be exceptionally trustworthy, punctual, and communicative. She kept us updated throughout the day and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. It is incredibly rare to find someone who possesses both the professional skillset to support a neurodivergent child and the genuine warmth to become a beloved fixture in a home. We are moving out of state and sad to see her go, but any family would be immensely lucky to have her. She has our highest possible recommendation.
