Nurturing a child's growth through attentive, individualized care is one of my favorite parts of life. I have four years of experience as a nanny for a special needs child and seven as a classroom teacher; I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and maintain current CPR Training. I am a patient, calm, and educated professional who values clear communication; I am happy to provide updates via your preferred method throughout the day. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy engaging children through learning and creative play. I believe that a routine is important for children and hope to work with you to develop a light schedule to keep your child engaged and supported. I don't mind assisting with light housekeeping and cooking to keep your home running smoothly, but do ask that task expectations be communicated explicitly.
