About Madi

I believe that every child deserves understanding and care, and I utilize my personal, professional, and educational experience to develop the best ways for each individual child to succeed. I'd describe my personality as calm, steady, and nurturing. In my spare time, I like to volunteer at my local humane society, spend time with my family, swim, bike, read, camp, kayak, ski, crochet, play board games, and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is that I view childcare from a team-oriented perspective. I thrive off of clear and respectful communication. I'm looking for a placement that values my experience and education, and trusts me to work independently. My skills include infant through childhood development, baby ASL, and specialized care for children with Autism, ADHD, and other disabilities.
