For 12 years, I have professionally provided babysitting, behavioral therapy supports, special education, and community care to children and youth of a variety of ages for many years! I have also managed programs and supervised DSP staff. Additionally, I've worked with IDD self advocacy and transition councils. Ive worked with individuals who are non-verbal and do best with very observant caregivers. I have also worked with those who struggle with aggression and am trained in Oregon Intervention System (OIS). I myself am neurodivergent and multiply-disabled (but, well treated and stable, course)! My passion is disability support, IDD, and helping people learn to both be themselves and be empowered to go through life. I have a Bachelors and Masters in Psychology.
