About Madelyn

Hi! My name is Madelyn. I have always had a special place in my heart for seniors and have loved spending time with older adults and hearing their stories since I was young. When I was 11 I even had an old lady themed birthday party where my friends and I dressed up like grandmas. I enjoy the companionship side of senior care such as talking, listening, playing games, helping around the house, and running errands. I am patient, kind, and attentive and I enjoy getting to know people and learning about their lives. I am looking for a job that works with my school schedule while allowing me to build meaningful connections and do work that truly helps someone in their daily life. In my spare time I enjoy reading classic literature like Crime and Punishment, Dante's Inferno, and Little Women. I also enjoy staying active through ice skating, softball, and martial arts.
