I've had close relationships with seniors most of my life. I come from a close family. Visiting and spending time with grandparents and great grandparents was a part of growing up. As they got older and started to have more health needs, I often took part in their care. Mostly, assisting them to do the every day things that they needed. I enjoy working with seniors. My experience includes hospice care, working with a cancer patient. I also have experience with dementia and have helped with medications, as well as physical therapy. I am quick learner, have no problem asking questions, and like to communicate. I am a Seventh-day Adventist Christian, which means I am not available to work from sunset on Friday until sunset on Saturday. Please be willing to withhold taxes.

Elsie cared for our parents aged 93 & 90. Our father has ESRD & is fragile. We have round the clock caregivers to ensure they both stay safe. We felt so confident in both parents safety & well being when we knew Elsie was there caring for them. She would prepare their meals, assist with bathroom chores & set out meds. She is not only dependable, punctual & caring but proactive too. She would always go above & beyond. One example that stands out is when she noticed that there seemed to be a duplicate in my dad's meds. She didn't just hand them to him but looked at the pills. As it turned out the medicine was duplicated in the weekly medicine bags we had made up. It was Elsie's attention to detail that caught the error. The only reason that she is no longer working for us is that she moved out of state. I can't say enough how much we loved her & how she just became one of our family. We were so sad to see her go & any person would be lucky to have her as their caregiver.
