About Madelyn

Hi there! I'm Madelyn, and I've been tutoring math for several years now, working with students from elementary school all the way up through college-level precalculus. I first started tutoring during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping middle schoolers adjust to online learning and stay on track. Since then, tutoring has become something I genuinely love doing. Over time, I've had the chance to support a variety of students--including several college clients--and it's been so rewarding to watch them grow more confident and succeed in their math courses. My approach is all about meeting students where they are. I try to explain things in a way that feels clear and relatable, breaking down tricky concepts and helping students find the methods that work best for them. Whether it's building foundational skills, catching up, or preparing for a big exam, I'm here to help make math less intimidating--and maybe even a little enjoyable!
