About Madeline

I began caring for seniors at the age of 17 while working part-time at an assisted living facility. I remained there for several years while attending college, becoming deeply involved in the community and forming meaningful relationships with the residents, especially those in the memory care unit. In my role, I helped lead activities, assisted residents with daily tasks, and provided companionship that enriched their quality of life. Building those connections and helping residents experience a sense of accomplishment, purpose, and joy has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
