About Madeline

I like caring for seniors because it's been my passion since I was a young child. I love being able to listen to their stories with new eyes. I can hear the same stories over and over and maintain my interests. I started out in nursing homes in my early twenties and over the years I've longed for the original days of nursing. When we had the time to get someone ready for their day and present them the way they wanted to be presented for their day. I'm looking for a job that that I can make a positive impact. I started caring for seniors when I was a young adult. I wasn't until my grandfather had dementia that it clicked. He's been gone for awhile now. I miss hearing the same stories on repeat! In my spare time, I like to woodwork and thrift. One thing you should know about me is that I care deeply for my patients I treat them as if they were my grandparents. My skills include dementia care, adl care and wellness enhancement care.
