Maddie has been working with us ~20 hrs per week for several months and we feel so so fortunate to have found her. Wish we could take her to England with us! She has been awesome with both our 2.5 yr old and our 2 month old (often taking them simultaneously). She really has built a genuinely warm relationship with the toddler, while at the same time obviously having to deal with all the standard toddler issues. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
