About Grace

Hi! My name is Grayson, I'm 25 years old, and caring for others isn't just my job - it's truly my passion. With years of hands-on experience in caregiving roles, including nannying and helping raise the youth in my own family, I bring patience, reliability, and a calm, positive energy into every home. I have specialized experience supporting children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities, and I thoughtfully adapt routines to fit each child's unique strengths and needs. I strive to create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children feel understood, confident, and excited to grow.
