Madeline Is so great! She came in the first day as if she's been here 1000x's. My boys immediately took to her. I walked in from work to a clean house, my kids bathed, fed, in pj's, and ready for bed. She set a standard for any help from here on out! She takes initiative and I didn't feel the need to give her step by step instructions
