About Madeleine

I'd describe my personality as patient, creative, approachable I like working with kids because they creative, funny and bring new perspective to things adults can't. I enjoy helping a creating a safe place for children to fully be themselves, while keeping structure and safety. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and rewarding. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old. I've babysat for a number of families since then- I volunteer in childcare at my church. I've worked with kids ages from 18 months-14 years. I have a lot of experience watching multiple children at a time, thanks to this volunteer work. I like enjoy swimming, being outside, or sewing. I an currently learning to crochet. I have a flexible schedule and am always willing to lend a helping hand. I am observant and jump into action whenever I notice some help is needed, no need to ask! My skills include communication skills, compassion for young minds, and problem solving!
