Hi my name is Jill and I have been caring for children from newborns to adolescents for over 35 years. I have raised two amazing daughters, have 3 grandchildren, with one more on the way and am currently a nanny for a preemie boy. I have extensive experience with preemie care, newborn care, night nannying, sleep training, have worked with several sets of multiples, owned and operated a home daycare, worked with special needs children (including autism) and I've eared two bachelors degrees (Nursing and Social Work). Currently I am in the process of moving from St. Louis and am looking to work on a flexible full-time or part-time schedule with newborns or infants. The only caregiver I've ever had who failed to show up on a scheduled work day, following one vague text the night before. When she was here, she was always wonderful. But it was difficult to communicate with her (I'm used to prompt responses/texts, I guess) and after a lot of promises and words of caring to our older daughter, who has special needs and also gets very attached to her caregivers, Jill basically disappeared from our lives. I didn't want to write this review because I liked her, personally, but this was quite hard on our daughter and that hurts my mom heart.
