About Madeleine

Hi there! After moving home from college I became a part time caregiver for my grandmother who is partially paralyzed due to a stroke. Although I had never planned to be a caregiver, life led me here and prepared me in ways I would've never expected! The nutrition classes I took in college helped me to understand her dietary needs while navigating her diabetes diagnoses. My years teaching art classes to both kids and adults taught me patience and allowed me to learn how to interact and relate with people of all ages. I am an artsy person who loves crafting, reading, and spending time outdoors. One of my favorite things about providing care for another person is helping them get back to being themselves. More than happy to provide social outings, solid conversation, genuine care, and help with any necessary tasks a client may need.
