About Madeleine

Hi! My name is Maddy, I'm from Keene Valley, New York, and here's a little about myself! I graduated from the U of Vermont with a B. S in Psychology, and am currently enrolled in a doctoral program for pediatric clinical psychology at Antioch University. I worked for a year as a behavior interventionist for kids 5-14 with behavioral/emotional challenges in a trauma-informed, therapeutic school environment. Currently, I am a life coach and crisis manager for adolescents with high acuity mental illness. My skill set includes de-escalating emotional/behavioral crises, teaching&modeling adaptive behaviors, and peer mediation. Before entering the clinical psychology field, I was a children's camp counselor for an outdoor hiking/canoeing/rock climbing camp for 5 years. Personally, I'm charismatic, youthful, responsible, and absolutely love children. I am an outdoors fanatic and always seek enriching experiences! In total, I bring 6 years of childcare experience, and would love to connect!
