About Maddy

I bring years of diverse childcare experience, ranging from full-time respite care for a medically fragile preteen to caring for multiple children at once as a nanny during nursing school. I've supported families with children of all ages-from newborns to teenagers-and have even stepped in completely while parents traveled, managing school drop-offs, activities, and household routines with confidence and care. I have extensive experience working closely with non-speaking children on the autism spectrum and helping babies grow into capable toddlers by honoring their unique sensory needs. Creating an environment where every child feels safe, seen, and celebrated is more than my job-it's my calling. I believe children don't need to change to fit our world; we should meet them where they are and join theirs. Whether I'm providing complex medical support, everyday routines, or simply being a steady presence, I treat every child as their authentic, beautiful self.
