About Maddie

Empowering students to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. As a Certified teacher with two years of experience, I specialize in making Math and Science accessible and engaging for learners from elementary school through college. I prioritize creating a supportive, patient environment where curiosity thrives. By actively listening and observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my methods-using visual aids, hands-on activities, or real-world examples-to suit your unique needs. I believe open communication with you and your family is essential for achieving the best outcomes. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing your "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I am also fluent in Sign Language (ASL) and comfortable working in your home, online, or in community spaces. I look forward to helping you build the confidence you need to succeed.
