About Macy

Hi, I'm Macy! I'm currently a graduate student in school psychology with a passion for helping young learners feel confident and successful. I have experience working with elementary-aged students in both academic and supportive roles, especially in early reading and foundational math skills. My approach is patient, encouraging, and individualized. I like to meet each child where they are and build skills step by step so learning feels doable, not frustrating. I also understand that confidence plays a big role in learning, so I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where kids feel comfortable trying, making mistakes, and growing.
