About Mackenzie

Hi, my name is Mackenzie. I have over 10 years of experience working with children ranging from newborns to teenagers. Throughout the years, I've developed a strong passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can grow, learn, and feel supported. I am patient, dependable, and attentive to each child's individual needs and personality. I am currently pursuing a nursing degree, which has strengthened my understanding of child development, health, and safety. In addition to childcare, I am also a swim instructor, giving me experience teaching water safety, building confidence, and working closely with children in active settings. My goal is always to provide reliable care while encouraging growth, independence, and positivity in every child I work with.
