Mackenzie was my first choice out of a number of Nanny candidates I interviewed last week for my three month old baby girl. She was wonderful while holding and interacting with my baby. She had plenty of experience caring for infants and children of other ages considering she is only 24. She also had an impressive work history and educational background which includes pre-med studies. The only reason I didn't hire Mackenzie was that she became slightly out of my budget when I began researching nanny taxes, and unfortunately I had to another nanny at a lower rate.
