About Mackenzi

I have over 8 years of experience working with kids in a variety of roles, including babysitting, nannying, camp counseling, tutoring, and substitute teaching. I've worked with children of all ages, but feel especially comfortable caring for kids ages 3 and up. I approach childcare with patience, compassion, and respect for each child. I work hard to create an environment in which children feel safe and supported. I also try to be as engaging, hands-on, and present as possible! I'm a very active person and love staying busy! I enjoy yoga, running, and going on walks, and I'm always happy to get outside and keep kids moving and engaged. At the same time, I'm naturally curious and love quieter activities too, like reading or watching movies, so I'm able to balance high-energy play with more relaxed downtime. Above all, I'm attentive, reliable, and truly care about the kids I work with. Parents can count on me to keep their children safe, engaged, and well cared for.
