About Mackensie

I discovered my passion for teaching a few years ago as I began to help grade school students with homework during my nanny and babysitting positions. I realize I have always been a "teacher" but did not know how rewarding it could be for me. The majority of my experience includes working with elementary age students, but I have also worked with middle school and high school students. My greatest passion is American Sign Language (ASL), but I would gladly help with math and science related subjects, as well. I also love to help students establish good organizational habits. High school level English and history are not my forte. I would love to help students of all ages learn ASL! Please message me for more information about my new ASL club starting in September. Ages 5+ welcome! Younger ages considered with parent involvement, or in a smaller, separate setting.
