About Macie

Hello! I have been working with kids my whole life. I am the oldest of 6 and help raised my siblings. In high school I babysat kids from newborns and up. After high school I worked at a middle school as a paraprofessional and then went to college and graduated with a bachelors in psychology. Throughout college I worked as a nanny and worked with a few families ages 2 months to 15. I have watched families with up to 4 kids. I have loved nannying so much and love watching them grow over the years. Once I graduated I became a special education teacher at an elementary school. I am wanting to go back to school and earn my masters to become a child counselor. I am hoping to find an amazing family to work with while I work on my masters. I have many years of experience watching kids but also with kids with special needs. I like working with kids because each day is a unique adventure and kids are so fun and I love teaching them and watching them grow.
