I am the second oldest of 5 children and my diaper changing training began when I was 5 years old! I was always the little girl that would stop what I was doing to play with a baby. At the age of 12, I stayed at my aunt's home for a month to help care for her and her new baby after a tough delivery. I started working professionally as a nanny in 2012 and since then, I have worked with several families with children ranging from newborn to 16 years old.

We've hired Chantelle to help regularly on the weekends with our 3 year old daughter and catching up with food prep and tidying up. She had tons of questions about how we prefer things done and how to interact with our kiddo, and we really appreciated that. I am 5 months pregnant and scatter brained, and she largely figures out what needs to be done despite my lack of concise directions. Our daughter loves her. When we ask "do you want to play with Chantelle today?" it's always an enthusiastic "yes!"

After interviewing Chantelle I hired her to babysit my 5 y/o son and 3 month old baby girl. I was so impressed by Chantelle. Just the sweetest person. So caring about her work and the kids. My 5 y/o LOVES her. She asked a lot of questions about my preferences on how I wanted her to interact with them. I really valued that. She's so dependable and punctual. I regret that i could not hire her as a full time nanny. 

Chantelle is an amazing nanny, housekeeper and friend to us. We have employed her for the last two years for childcare, home organizing and laundry help. We rely on her and her awesome organizational skills. My husband and I both work full time, commute long distances and have busy kids, we relay on Chantelle and the help she brings our busy family. She is highly recommended by us! 

Chantelle was a wonderful Mother's helper for us over the holidays. She is extremely personable, hard working, and perceptive. She seamlessly and skillfully joined our various family gatherings over the course of a month and did whatever was needed that day - tidying, wrapping, meal prep, unpacking, etc.  It was tremendously helpful to have her assistance and we look forward to working w her again. 

I know Chantelle through the youth/community theater company my daughters 
and I have performed with. She has run multiple children's programs and been a wonderful mentor for my daughters. We have utilized her services many times - she has stayed overnight with my daughters while house sitting and watching our two dogs. She has also just watched the pups and house without the kiddos. She is extremely trustworthy, caring, patient, and courteous. I highly recommend her for any of these services and more.

Chantelle is someone with a heart of gold. She cared for my daughter who is a challenge and did it beautifully. She exudes patience, kindness and love. She does this all while still being firm and redirecting when needed. I cannot say enough about what a gem she is. She takes into consideration the needs of who she is caring for which is the key to being an ideal caregiver. She excels in every area. My daughter and I adore her!! 

Chantelle is amazing! She is hands on, helpful in all areas, loves the kids and cares for them as her own. She is kind, respectful, reliable, and my kids always have the best things to say about her. She is a true blessing! The absolute BEST person to care for my kids. 

Chantelle bring incredible skill and grace to caring for children. She is patient and kind, creative with her time and very poised in setting clear limits and boundaries. Chantelle is a stellar example of excellence, I highly recommend her. 

As Chantelle's former Jr High & High School Principal I have referred Her for a few jobs based on her character & integrity as a student; I have had positive feedback regarding the referral. 

Chantelle is a phenomenal babysitter. She is always on time and loves my 3 children.  
I not only hire her for these two reasons BUT because she is so incredibly willing to work. She ALWAYS asks "what do you want me to do today" and she's not talking about babysitting (because that's obvious) but because she wants to know what she can do to help me around the house. Yes, she cleans. Yes, she can cook. Yes, she can do laundry. She truly becomes a parent. And she wont let anything fly by her (now I'm talking about the kids). 
If she's preparing food and one of my kids gets in trouble she will stop what she is doing to discipline. With love. 
SHE GETS IT.
I also feel that she has the ability to read minds, because if I don't tell her that I have a load of laundry to fold (which I'm probably stressing about) I will come back to it folded AND put away.

She's amazing.
