Hello my name is Lilly and I have 8 years of experience working with young children ranging from 3 weeks through 12 years of age. I currently work as a Ed Tech for the Cumberland school district. My previous years have been spent working as a childcare center assistant director, infant teacher and lastly a nanny for a young infant. My personality is very nurturing and inclusive of all things nature. I believe children should spend a good chunk of their day outside in most weather condition. Highly recommend Lilly to any family seeking care. She is punctual, educated, respectful and has grace. She is so good with a range of ages and does well with multiple kiddos. Has great communication and re-enforces structure and boundaries when needed and appropriate. If needing care she is someone that I highly recommend.
