About Seraphim

I am a mother to two little ones. My bilingual, bicultural family is very nature-oriented. Professionally and personally I practice respectful/gentle parenting. I enjoy following the child's lead when possible, and creating safe and fun ways for children to learn, play, and grow. I have experience as: a volunteer in infant/toddler classrooms, a substitute in preschool classrooms, nannying 5 children in Alaska, babysitting with success from this site, and of course, being a parent to my own children. As well as providing excellent childcare, I am happy to make nutritious food from scratch (we're talking secretly loaded-with-veggies- chocolate muffins, shepherds pie, or delicious sourdough bread, and so on), clean and organize. As well as being CPR/first aid certified, I have multiple trainings from Maine Roads to Quality, and training in Conscious Discipline. I look forward to meeting and caring for your kiddos with compassion and kindness!
