We love Lynette! She started with us when our son was 18 months old and she was our first non-family babysitter so I was very nervous. From our very first phone call, Lynette put me at ease and I knew she would be the calm and knowledgeable caretaker that our family needed for this transition. There were some weeks where Lynette was at our home with our son every single day and I ALWAYS felt great about leaving him with her. Beyond just making sure he was safe and fed, she also helped him focus on learning his letters and numbers and colors. Lynette often knew what our son was capable of before we knew!
