About Lyn

I currently serve as the Director of Environmental Services in a skilled nursing facility, where I oversee housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation operations to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Through this role, I've developed a deep respect for senior care and a strong understanding of the importance of dignity, compassion, and consistency in long-term care settings. Although I do not have direct experience providing personal care, I am highly familiar with the needs of elderly residents and the standards of care in skilled nursing environments. I am seeking a part-time position working evenings and weekends that would allow me to gain hands-on experience in direct care while continuing to grow professionally in the senior care field. I am eager to learn and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate support to those in need. Due to my lack in experience, I am very flexible on my rate.
