About Lydia

Hi! I am currently a nanny for a 1-year-old (and occasionally a 4-year-old as well) and the family is moving their child to daycare. I love watching and aiding kids grow and experience the world around them. I love math and science as well as more creative endeavors including art, theatre, and cooking. Over the years, I have accumulated a range of experience working with many ages of children. I began babysitting and tutoring math and english, in addition to volunteering with local theatre and church camps. As I got older, I worked at a daycare where I rotated between rooms but spent the majority of my time in the infant and 1-year-old rooms. I later transitioned to working at a preschool, where I assisted with crafts and small group activities as well as general help around the classroom. Then, as a nanny I have been part of a nanny share with 2 infants than switched to caring for just one of them as the babies got older. CPR and First Aid Certified! I look forward to meeting you!
