Hi! i'm a mom to a sweet 9-month-old daughter and i'm opening up a nanny share opportunity in our la mesa apartment starting in april. i'm looking to care for one additional child (ideally infant to young toddler) alongside my daughter. this would be a small, calm, home-based environment - just two little ones total - with lots of floor play, outdoor walks, books, music, and sensory exploration. I lean toward a montessori-inspired, play-based rhythm, following the child's natural curiosity rather than a rigid schedule. I speak russian with my daughter, so there may be gentle, natural exposure to a second language throughout the day (happy to discuss what feels comfortable for your family). we also have a friendly cat and dog in the home who are comfortable around children. if you're looking for a cozy, consistent home environment with lots of attention and care, i'd love to connect.
