About Lydia

Hi! I'm a fourth-year medical student with a strong academic background in biology and chemistry and a passion for teaching. I graduated from college in 2021 with degrees in Biology and Chemistry and have since gained experience in both research and education, including two years as a research assistant at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. In college, I was a Biochemistry TA, where I helped students work through problem sets and prepare for exams, and I served as a Training Officer for a large EMS organization. After college, I volunteered at an after-school tutoring program for kindergarten through 9th grade. I enjoy getting to know each student and identifying their unique learning style. I'm happy to create supplemental practice materials, review challenging concepts, or simply help build confidence working through the material. I am also certified in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
