About Craig

I have close to 20 years experience as a research scientist in the biotech industry, and am well-versed in cell and molecular biology, genetics, chemistry, math, and anatomy and physiology. I received my Bachelor's degree in Zoology at the University of Michigan, and my PhD in Immunology and Marine Biology at Oregon State University. I was a graduate teaching assistant and lecturer for my entire tenure as a doctoral student. Although I have since spent 20 years in the industry, it has always been my intention to return to academia and teach and tutor at some point in my career. I love working one on one with students of all ages, I am very patient, and I have extensive experience with learning disabilities special education programs. My goal now is to share with others the insights I have acquired in my career and as a parent, and my passion for education and lifelong learning.
