Hi! Thanks for taking some time to get to know me. I have over 8 years of experience caring for children with diverse needs and a wide range of ages 0-13. I am passionate about supporting kids as they develop and explore life. This led me to getting my degree in psychology and human development at WSU. After graduation, I started working in the nonprofit sector as a Care Manager for adults that live with developmental disabilities. I have found other ways of being involved in supporting kids, including becoming a mentor for at risk youth and volunteering with foster kids. I'm open to work evenings and weekends. Lydia was excellent with my 7 month old daughter and has been working with us for the past couple of months. I have not had any concerns about Lydia’s ability to care for my daughter and have felt very comfortable feeling that she is in good hands! She is very attentive to my daughter, plays with her and keeps her engaged, and is aware of her developmental milestones and helps her meet them. I would and will hire Lydia again and have recommended her to friends!
