Our 16mo daughter was very apprehensive meeting her first caregiver outside of daycare but when Lydia left after the first day she was crying at the door for her to come back! Lydia truly connected with her right away and tailored her care to our toddlers personality and curiosities. She found fun new activities for her each day and provided a log of activities and pictures at the end of each day. We absolutely love Lydia!
