Lydia is kind, reliable, and easy to work with. She has helped us as a Nanny for our daughter from the age of three months through fifteen months. She is always attentive to details and goes out of her way to help our family. I had to ask for help on short notice for extended care times and she was always incredibly gracious to step in and save the day. We have a special needs young adult family member in our home as well and Lydia has always been so wonderful in working with him. We have hired her to care for him on occasion and he always enjoys spending time with her. Lydia is faithful in keeping her commitments and she showed a genuine interest in seeing our daughter thrive. She is a truly wonderful person and she has become an extension of our family. We will continue to look to Lydia for fill in care in the future and we will look forward to opportunities to stay connected over the years.
