Luz is a lifesaver for our family! The main work she does for our family is preparing organic, "clean", nutritious meals. Luz is great at following recipes AND at figuring out creative ways to use available ingredients. Her help with meal preparation has been instrumental in my efforts to transform my diet to reduce my risk of cancer recurrence. It is life changing to be able to reach into the fridge and pull out super healthy foods that are ready to go. Luz is also fantastic with my four year old son.
