Luyza has been working with our son for over one year and she has been an amazing addition to our family. Our son was just one and half years old when Luyza became his nanny. During that time she was primarily responsible for waking, changing, feeding, playing, and putting our son down for naps. She performed her duties with the greatest of care and a strong attention to detail that allowed us to feel instantly comfortable with her. During her time with us she formed a strong loving bond with our son so much so that every time she left for the day he would always ask about her. Luyza is a good communicator which makes working with her very easy. We were able to plan ahead our schedules and any changes in routine without any issues. She's flexible and accommodating to our needs. We often felt comfortable having her come for date nights and put our son down for bed because we knew he would be in good hands. While she was with us we took the steps to potty train our son. This can be a difficult and frustrating process, but Luyza followed our lead and went above and beyond by reading the same literature on the method we were using so that there was consistency amongst all caregivers. This was key for the success of potty training. Luyza is a fantastic nanny and any family would be lucky to have her in their lives.
