Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. For the last 20 + years, I've been privileged to support their well-being and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide with some college, I bring patience, compassion, and a detail-oriented approach to my work. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Building connections based on trust, empathy, and respect is essential to me.
