Cindy came to us in January to assist with my mother-in-law. From our very first meeting, in December, she struck me as highly intelligent, knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. She has been the biggest blessing! She is bright and cheerful with a great sense of humor and a ready smile. Everyone in our family loves her. (Including our 4 dogs!!!) She has many years of prior experience working with the elderly and it shows in everything she does. She listens and observes closely, then acts quickly when she needs to. She seems to have an intuitive gift in dealing with my mother-in-law, with sensing her feelings, moods, and unspoken needs. In coming to respect Cindy's expertise, I feel very comfortable in asking for her perspective regarding my mother-in-law's needs. It's clear that Cindy has assisted people with a very wide range of health issues in the past. Cindy is very professional. She is always on time and is very flexible with unexpected changes. She communicates often and well, with timely responses to my questions, in addition to texts to me when there is anything she thinks that I need to be aware of. We completely trust her in our home. She is respectful of people and property, diligent in keeping a care plan, and conscientious about meeting my mother-in-law's needs. Frankly, it is difficult not to regard her as a family of the family. The 2 very best things are that my mother-in-law absolutely loves Cindy's sunny disposition and genuine interest in her and that I feel like I have a true partner in caring for my mother-in-law as she ages in place. The world needs a lot more folks like Cindy who truly love and respect our elders.

Cindy went above and beyond.  She is very honest, trustworthy, and a dedicated caregiver.
She truly cares for people and accepts them on their good days and bad days.  She found ways to get tasks done that others couldn't manage: getting Mom to take all her medication, getting her up and moving, and letting Mom be frustrated without getting frustrated herself. 
 These are only a few of the ways she cared for my Mom and her home.  Cindy did many little things when she cared for my Mom like blow-drying her hair after the shower, washing her hands with warm water when Mom couldn't manage herself, preparing food the way Mom liked it, and was excellent at keeping things in a routine while putting Mom's needs first.


Cindy is a phenomenal care giver. We've had a very hard time finding the right fit for our loved one, but we've struck gold with Cindy! She is personable, punctual, efficient, caring and has the patience of a saint!

Cynthia is extremely genuine and caring. We hired her to take care of my Nanny (Grandma) and she is amazing! Cindy does her hair for her, cooks, cleans her home and gives her a bath daily. She not only does the things she was hired to do, she goes above and beyond by taking those extra steps by sitting and talking to her, getting to really know her as well as the family. She always has a smile on her face and she is a wonderful person.

Cindy is the perfect caregiver for my father. He has Cortico Bascal Syndrome (CBS) and needs assistance with moving, eating, and medicines. She has always been cordial, sweet, understanding, and genuinely a loving person to have in home caring for your loved ones. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone who needs care.

My mother is very happy with Cynthia. They work out what needs to be done each visit, personal care, laundry, food prep etc.  and then I get a weekly update from Cynthia. She has been flexible to add hours and services as needed Having Her has made a difference already, and gives my mom assistance she needs by someone caring and attentive. 

Oh my goodness, words can't express what a sweet, hard working lovely person Cindy has been as an addition to our team. My mom continues to improve greatly under her care and support, so much so that we are continually improving and needing less help.
