Hi, my name is Luke. I'm a responsible, caring college student with experience working with children and a genuine interest in supporting families. I started working with kids during the summer after my senior year of high school, and I quickly realized how rewarding it is to help children feel safe, comfortable, supported, and encouraged. I enjoy their curiosity and energy, and I try to create a positive environment where they can have fun while parents feel at ease. I'd describe my personality as caring and responsible, with a calm, patient approach. I take childcare seriously, communicate clearly with parents, and stay dependable in different situations.
