About Sierra

Hello! I'm Sierra, a responsible and caring college student at NCCU and a Division I softball athlete. Being a student-athlete has taught me discipline, teamwork, and time management qualities I bring to caregiving. I have experience caring for children of all ages, including supervising playtime, helping with routines, preparing snacks, and keeping kids safe and engaged. I enjoy creative activities, reading, outdoor play, and encouraging learning and confidence. I follow each family's routines and instructions to provide dependable care. I also care for pets, including feeding, walking, supervising play, and maintaining routines. I treat animals with patience and kindness and can safely care for children and pets together. Safety, communication, and reliability are my priorities. I aim to create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel supported, pets feel loved, and parents feel confident their family is in good hands.
