About Luis

Hi, I'm Luis! My caregiving journey shifted my career goal from becoming a school counselor to opening up my own daycare within a few years. Much of my experience comes from raising my own daughters, family's & friends' children. I've worked with ages 0-16 but feel especially confident in keeping up with the energy of 3 to 10-year-olds given that I can match their high energy. I know the attentiveness required when caring for young children & know that older children like to be more independent but need a responsible adult to ensure that they eat their meals, do their school work, etc. My favorite activities to do with children are reading, singing playing sports, watching movies, playing videos games, going to the park, & running around. Currently, I'm working with three awesome families but am open to jobs that match my availability.
