Luisa watched our second baby boy for four months from Sept 2023 to Jan 2024, starting from when he was a few days old. Luisa truly loved our son as if he was her own. She is responsible, easy to reach on her cell, and always punctual. She is neat and kept the common areas and nursery tidy. We learned a lot of tips and tricks from her, especially with her NICU experience. Luisa is very direct which helped us triangulate between our preferences, her experience, and what was and wasn’t working with our baby. She is familiar with developmental stages and did great age-appropriate activities. While she was only responsible for our infant, she overlapped in the mornings with our toddler and was fun and playful with him.
