About Lucy

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my primary goal. My teaching philosophy centers on building genuine confidence and fostering a lifelong love for learning, rather than focusing solely on rote memorization. I specialize in Math, English, and Art. To ensure your child succeeds, I actively observe their unique learning style and adapt my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or interactive discussions. When concepts feel challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small victory. I believe open communication with both you and your student is the foundation of a successful, collaborative partnership. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally masters a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to helping your student grow, and I am truly excited to be a part of their educational journey.
