For the past nine years, I have been helping students unlock their potential through personalized tutoring. My approach has been shaped by my time at Oxford, where I learned the power of breaking down complex ideas through close mentorship and adaptive teaching. I create an engaging, patient learning environment by actively listening to how students think and adapting my methods--using visual diagrams, step-by-step walkthroughs, or hands-on practice based on what helps each concept click. I regularly check in with students, provide honest feedback, and keep parents informed. I break challenging material into smaller milestones so students build momentum through quick wins, connecting abstract ideas to real-world applications. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment, when they go from feeling stuck to feeling capable, is the most rewarding part of tutoring.
