About Lucy

Hi! I have over 8 years of experience with children. I have cared for kids Pre-K-8th grade as well as having most recently started working full time with teens and young adults with disabilities in the last two years. I have been medically approved to administer medication, have pediatric/adult COR, First Aid, AED, de-escalation training (for children specifically). I can help with housekeeping, homework assistance, help with running errands, and transportation for various activities (using my car or yours). I enjoy reading with children and helping them explore science and nature. I believe in offering children choices and responsibilities so they can feel empowered. I believe in providing holistic and relational care to both child and family. I am pursuing my MIT in Special Education and constantly working on personal and professional growth.
