I love working with kids because they are resilient, honest, and full of potential. I enjoy being someone they can trust and helping them navigate challenges while celebrating their successes. Whether it's providing emotional support, helping them develop social skills, or working with families and staff to meet their needs, I find it incredibly rewarding to see a child grow in confidence and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
