About Jaime

I'd describe my personality as creative, nurturing, and engaging. I like working with kids because it is just so rewarding. Being able to create a supportive and nurturing environment for them is the best part of the job. Getting to know the kids is also one of my favorite parts of the job, as I love learning about their hobbies and experiences. I started working with kids when I was just 15 years old. I was a Summer Camp Counselor at Theater Camp for 3 years, working with children ages 6 - 14. I assisted in theater related activities, but I also helped create arts and crafts activities and other fun games for them to play during recess time. The main part of my job was to create a fun, supportive atmosphere for the campers and to have them break out of their shell by introducing them to new campers and getting them to experience things they haven't before. I worked there for 3 years and it was such a fulfilling experience.
